Great for Mayo and people with pets!

The kitchen setup and laundry setup was excellent. The bathroom vent fan did not operate. The 2 chair setup for television viewing was small and uncomfortable. As well as there was no setup for a cup of coffee while watching tv. The location of television and the limited wall cable length restricted the ability to position the tv screen to enable viewing from the bed. The bed mattress was very firm. The location of the hotel to the hospital is excellent.

Pros: friendly staff. Good location, shuttle & parking for mayo appointment. Very clean & lovely common areas. Great fresh coffee beans. (No tea). Red Cow adjacent for dinner.
Cons: Room VERY basic. 1 nightstand/lamp; no table for dining. Cheap furniture, average comfort queen bed; bathroom not close to bedroom. No tv streaming option; limited thermostat control.
