Location was good but property was worn, chair in room was threadbare and bed uncomfortable

The people were very helpful and pleasant. The gentleman by the name of Howard who cleaned our room took great care of us.

Not enough shampoo and conditioner for 3 people. Parking spaces quite tight in parking lot.

Shelby was wunderbar to pave the way for our stay, surgery of my wife. Very professional & supportive. Rosie Schacht handled gracefully the challenge when a tiny dog barked like hell in the next room.

There was a man working, I usually saw him in the basement, he always had a great big smile and a kind word....
I was at Aspen Suites and I loved the stove top in my room. I loved heating soup up after a long day.
I honestly can't think of anything to write here. The stay made a bad situation better.
I didn't like the fact that people without handicapped signs or license plates often filled handicapped spots. There should be a consequence. One day all of the handicapped spots were full and only one car had evidence of a handicap.

Plenty of coffee and freshly baked cookies. Wonderful rooftop patio for a picnic dinner. Housekeeping very friendly. Very convenient to St. Mary's Hospital Mayo. Lots of places to eat within walking distance.

I booked the hotel for my sister whose daughter was scheduled for surgery the next morning. I called that morning to confirm the booking and pay. When they got there, they were told the booking was for the month before and they redid the booking and charged my sister. Very annoying!!
