This is a quaint little place, convenient for a quick no frills overnight stay.
The car park had travelling contractors vans in it in the early evening and all gone before breakfast that starts at 8am.
Breakfast is prepared to order, cereal and full English that was very nice.

We were visiting family in Lifton ,Launceston and the surrounding area and had not visited this guest house before, but will certainly go back again.
The house is spotless and beautifully maintained and breakfast is straight forward and well presented a great way to start the day.
The host's are lovely people, what more can I say.
