Hotel is situated very close to the stations and several convenience stores.
Staffs are available for assistance at the reception and very helpful.
Some rooms need upgrading but facilities are good enough.
Whole atmosphere inside the hotel is relaxed especially breakfast times at the restaurant.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It has a great location, just a block away from the subway station and only one stop from Shibuya.
Given Tokyo’s complex metro system, this worked very well for us, we didn’t need to pay double or triple to stay in a more central area.
The rooms were small, but that’s typical for Tokyo. It makes up for it with how clean the property is, and there’s a 24-hour front desk available.

Staff was helpful but spoke little English for tourists. Unlike other hotels, there are no amenities in the lobby. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner are in the room as well as toothbrush kit and razor. They do provide new razor and toothbrush kits. No facial products or lotions of any kind. No had soap in the rooms either.
Rooms are very dated.
Close to train station and many restaurants, a fantastic French pastry shop around the corner and many convenient stores and market
Pillow is not comfortable, some sort of organic feather filling. Bed is a bit in the firm side for me
