Centurion Hotel Grand Akasaka

Very fun location, very close walk to metro station and friendly and helpful staff

The location of this hotel is outstanding—one of the best areas in Tokyo. The neighborhood is very safe, convenient, and provides easy access to many of the city's major attractions, restaurants, and transportation options. The staff were exceptionally helpful, courteous, and professional throughout our stay. They were always willing to assist and made us feel welcome. The only drawback was the size of the rooms, which are quite small. Initially, the room was too cramped for me and my son, so we had to change to a larger room. Fortunately, the staff handled the room change efficiently and made the process very easy. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The excellent location and outstanding service more than compensated for the small room size, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo.

Everything was nice and clean

We were initially given the wrong room, but the staff handled the situation promptly and moved us to the correct one. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient throughout our stay. The hotel is in an excellent location, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. While the rooms were clean, both the room and the facilities felt quite dated, and there was an unpleasant smell in the lobby. Overall, the outstanding service and convenient location were definite highlights, although the hotel could benefit from some updates and improvements to the common areas.
