The room was very clean. Hand basin in the room was great. The bed and linen was excellent. The ladies have a separate shared bathroom/ toilet which I felt more comfortable with.
Upon check-in, the male staff member was extremely polite and helpful. I was very impressed with his customer service skills ( unfortunately, I didn't catch his name)!
Overall, I had a very pleasant experience.
