Very clean and new facilities. Warm hospitality from the staff.

Great hotel - rooms were nice and spacious. Beds were comfortable and breakfast and evening meal were good. Staff were mixed - some were very friendly and others appeared a bit rude - the waiter tutted at us 2 minutes after sitting down because we hadn't made up our mind over food. Reception staff when checking in were great. Area is a little rough.

The hotel is really nice ; the staff at reception and in the restaurant were really welcoming.
Just need to provide gluten free sausages and hash browns for breakfast as really easy to do

The hotel is nice and clean. Staff are very friendly. The breakfast was great, however, found a hair on the scrambled eggs. And the coffee was warm not hot.
