I will definitely say everything. The stuff was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable basically about everything.
The room was spotless clean, the bed is very comfortable and so on.

Staff were excellent. The pool is murky and needs cleaning. Some of the flooring around the pool is loose and is safety hazard. The lift needs maintenance and the doors are not aligned properly. Directional signs are needed inside the lift and parking. Food is excellent and cleanness is good

Classy hotel with super friendly staff who spread good vibes and amazing customer service. The (free!) sauna and jacuzzi are also so relaxing after a long day of work. Highly recommend!
