Nice location.

The staff is very friendly and Agatha made my room perfect for my stay. The hotel is amazing with small things like umbrellas in the rooms etc. But the check-Inn is just terrible for a 4 star hotel. Most of the mobile phones are not working to open thd door and the reception is not available most of the time. A 4 star hotel should have a reception open at least from 3 to 10 pm. The mobile and self assistant check-inn is not working at all. This US really sad as the first impression of the hotel is not good even that the hotel is great.

"Cool design of rooms, beautiful view from our room to the Jested mountain, and good breakfast. Very pleasant staff. The only issue I had, was the check in: it wasn't clear until when is the reception..."
