The hotel staff was fabulous. If we needed anything they delivered. We called ahead of time to see if room was first floor and found it was not. I can't climb stairs, because mobility issues. After being told first there were no rooms, they found a room at Beach House, next door. Although rennovations were not complete, it had main things, it was clean and comfortable. It will beautiful .
The staff was great and helpful from start.
The only complaint was the noise. The pool a was outside our door and so there was always noise, from kids mostly. But that was ok.
Overall, it was very nice and would stay there again.

Very spacious king deluxe room. Choice of pillows. Clean bathroom, room and grounds. Very friendly and helpful staff. A block off beach. Wonderful sunrise
and all the pups on beach made for a great beginning of the day. We wish we had more time to explore the area. Sunrise Resturant, great breakfast. And Seashell Shop was fun to go through. The Block Party is great place to stay.
