close to coffee shop, pool, and ocean

I like it’s location to the beach …the rooms were very nice size , clean ..and updated.

The traffic at certain times of the day was very busy but I think that’s how it is all over around there

Location was great! Loved the pools and the Staff was friendly and helpful!

property is pretty worn down. we have stayed in the past, and they have increased the pet fees and gotten rid of the free breakfast. they are trying to re-brand and seem in the middle of some minor repairs, but overall still pretty old. they had issues with the key cards while we were there and we had to go to the office multiple times to get it resolved.

falsely advertised breakfast, string smell of cigarette smoke from a man living a few doors down in a room. he blocked the sidewalk with a chair and screamed at people up on patio playing music.

dog fee was higher than advertised. small parking spaces.

less than a block from the beach across from Mama Mia’s this is a dog friendly hotel in Dewey Beach. Breakfast included.

High price for off season. No elevator.

stayed here a few times, however it seems the property has been sold to another company and the staff were just not the same. a tad unprofessional, eating as they checked us in. there was also a bachelorette party happening which made the stay very noisy and tough to sleep at night .

The location is close to the beach and restaurants. The property is dated, but the staff keeps the rooms clean and they have updated the rooms. It’s dog friendly so that’s a plus.

There wasn’t really a breakfast available, just some grab and go items. The walkways and stairs needed a good power wash.

I like the location the staff the room was clean beds were comfortable had enough towels good parking space.

I honestly didn’t like anything about the property.

It was very, very run down. The pictures online are more than misleading to say the least. I never saw any property staff, the only interaction was when we checked in, even then the front desk person wasn’t there and we had to wait for someone to help us. The bathroom was the size of a closet, and the pool looked terrible. It was definitely over priced, especially for off peak season. I wish I had a better experience, especially since it was the last night of our vacation/honeymoon.
