The staff were amazing !
However we did have an issue upon arrival but it was all worked out so professionally and handled great!
We got the sweetest welcome package and had free water, coffee and welcome area!
The only reason it wasn’t a 5 star visit was for 3 days of our visit we never once had our room cleaned, new towels, or have our room done.

This is a great hotel for a visit to Montreal! Hotel was very clean and staff were kind. The only negative - the air conditioning is very weak. Our room was really warm but other than that it was great! Perfect location.

The location was excellent, walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. We really appreciate the onsite valet parking and how secure the hotel was in the later hours
