The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all requests and recommendations. We utilized the wine cellar, which was convenient. The location is perfect for access to everything. Happy we chose this location.

The Frame Hotel was truly a hidden gem and one of the highlights of our stay in Florence. The location was fantastic—within easy walking distance of all the major attractions, excellent shopping, and countless restaurants, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city.
The staff were exceptional. They were warm, welcoming, attentive, and always happy to share recommendations and local knowledge, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The amenities were another standout. The complimentary bottled water was especially appreciated during the hot summer days, and the delicious breakfast, along with the afternoon tea and snacks, was a wonderful added touch.
I would highly recommend The Frame Hotel to anyone visiting Florence. It offers an outstanding combination of comfort, hospitality, and an unbeatable location. We would gladly stay here again!

Location is ideal, one and a half blocks to Il Duomo, 10 minutes' walk to Ponte Vecchio. The rooms are modern, comfortable and clean. Wi-fi could be stronger. Servicewise, the Hotel may be 4 stars, but the Service is frankly, 5 stars.
