We stayed for two nights and left after a wedding we attended. The young lady at check-in was very friendly, accommodated my husband's request for a first floor room without hesitation (due to his leg issues).
The beds were very comfortable, everything was very clean - soaps, towels, hair dryer were all supplied. The hot water lasted to the end of my shower. Pillows were soft, fluffy.
We view the Monarch as a true gem for the city of Moscow. We will not hesitate to stay at the Monarch the next time we visit.

Great motel in a central location with lots of dining options within walking distance.

We loved the location and the hotel overall. The only downside was the morning noise from trucks in the driveway near the neighboring restaurants. I would recommend requesting a room on the street side for a quieter stay.
The hotel does a great job managing guest noise, and their communication was excellent throughout our stay.
The coffee is yummy!
