Staff was great and very helpful. English ability varies but those who did speak were very engaged. Location was great to be close to but not exactly in the Old Town. One downside to location is that you might need to guide the less experienced ride share/taxi drivers since the Google / app maps can be a bit misleading in how to get there
Only real issue is poor flushing toilet but that is common in many non Western countries so it comes with the territory if you plan to travel a lot

Everyone was friendly and accessible. The balcony was small and cute, but only had a view of trees and 2 other huge buildings. The room itself was really nice and they set up snacks for you and the towel setup was so cute! The shopping center next to here is great! Only complaint is that there was one night that people were shouting around 1 am, not sure if they were told to be quiet. Also, not sure if they clean at night because we would randomly hear the sound of something slamming to the floor like a broomstick at random times in the night. However, still a 5 star experience because everyone was great, the breakfast was good, the room was great and in a good area.
