Overall have to say at this point in time facility needs updating !

The Glen Club is always my go to hotel when staying near Chicago. I love its more private location because it feels like a quiet retreat away from the city. Every time we have stayed there it has been peaceful, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. With only 21 rooms, the boutique atmosphere makes it feel even more exclusive and relaxing. The hotel is consistently spotless, beautifully updated, and very well maintained, and the onsite restaurant is excellent.
The only things I would love to see improved are the temperature control, since you have to call the front desk to adjust it, and the elevator, which could use a refresh to better match the rest of the property.
That said, these are minor compared to the overall experience. The staff has always been extraordinarily kind and helpful, and it remains the only place we choose to stay when visiting Chicago.

Luxurious club with fabulous restaurant, comfortable common areas and well appointed rooms. Beautiful views of golf course and lake. Close to shops and restaurants.

It honestly couldn't have went smoother. If you're playing the golf course and going to be around for a day or more... this was the spot to land. Will do this again. Super Convenient.
