Staff was excellent and the amenities are great. Was able to sleep in their queen bed comfortably even as a tall guy. There was a good amount of scuffing on the walls of our room, but other than that the room was as I expected. Note that the rooms are quite small, but that is to be expected in Tokyo.

Very helpful staff at check-in. Great amenities. Lovely bath salts and face mask. Will definitely stay again.
