Everything was excellent.
The room was clean and comfortable, I slept well, the staff were friendly and helpful and I was also happy with the price I paid for my room.
I would stay here again if I needed to stay in Eastbourne.

We used this a base for the beachyhead marathon. Was perfect for our needs.
No lift though so expect to be tackling multiple flights of stairs through the labyrinthine property.
It was very reasonably priced for location. Though that does translate to the amenities, but if you are looking for a short stay budget option with a bar open 24 hours for guests and 24 acess to pizza, its a great shout and will save you a few quid.
Its about 5 or 10 minutes from some excellent local pubs.
Though finding parking will be a struggle, but thats the burnden of staying on the grand parade.

Beach view. Clean room, good 3star hotel.
Lift to my top floor room wasn’t working, but for 1night wasn’t an issue for me
