Really great building with character & charm and excellent staff. Highly recommended. Would be five stars if it wasn’t for the truly dismal breakfast offer (NB: if a packet of Alpen is your best offer you could at least put a pint of milk in the fridge! Very poor).

Basic single room. But the small things matter. Clean, comfortable, coffee/tea/kettle and most importantly, free bottle water.
I would certainly stay there again.

Would definitely visit again, probably one of the top places in Birmingham… book the junior suite, it’s elite.
