PURO Kraków Stare Miasto

This hotel was great. I had a wonderful time. The staff was very nice and respectful. They had great service awareness. They were two ladies at the concierge (front desk) that worked in the morning of April 5 2026, they were wonderful and professional. The bartender at night, a gentleman I think his name Oscar or Albert. He’s amazing he worked that weekend from April 3-5.

Receptionist staff was very helpful and very polite and friendly. Superb customer service. I just arrived at the hotel after a 18 hour train ride and they were very accommodating and provided me a room when i arrived earlier than the check in time. Wish i had more time that day, but I will book again and will try their restaurant as it has good reviews too. The room was beautiful, very clean and bed was very comfortable. I had a lovely stay. Thank you to the lovely staff at reception. I felt safe to leave my 2 big checked bags with reception in their safe room after check out and roam the beautiful city before coming back to the hotel to collect them to catch my late flight. SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOTEL. Well Done keep it up to PURO Krakow Stare Miasto. ^_^

We had a great stay at Puro, upon arriving, we were greeted by Sebastian at the reception desk. What a terrific employee. We were greeted with a warm smile, a highly competent and very professional gentleman. The hotel was clean, our room very quaint and cozy. The bathroom was very modern and luxurious. We had a great stay. We had a small dog and she was also very happy. Highly recommend....very accommodating staff. Sebastian brought us an ironing board and iron instantly after requesting. Extremely friendly, kind and helpful staff. Thank you for an excellent weekend stay!!

Clean and comfortable room. The smart technology was easy to use. I was originally located right outside the elevator but the staff moved me swiftly on request. I also left a personal item behind, and the staff were wonderful in their communication with me to organise courier and shipping. It is also a fantastic location and the restaurant on-site was terrific.
