Two things that aren’t obvious on the booking:
1. The Spa and Gym are not included in the price. These are an extra charge even though the description implies they are included.
2. There are no blinds/curtains in the room (they can’t be fitted because the building is listed). Eye masks are provided but if you’re a light sleeper then one to avoid.
The property is in a stunning building, a lovely area of the harbour and has been well renovated and looked after.

Lovely apartment in Royal William yard, easy check in process. Lots of lovely eateries near by. The apartment is beautiful, the bed super comfy, the whole place warm and cosy. As in the description there are no curtains or blinds at the windows due to planning regulations - so if you're a light sleeper take an eye mask.
The stairs up to be mezzanine bedroom are narrow and steep, not a problem for us but could potentially be difficult.
