Great staff and free underground parking

The rooms are very clean and the staff is nice and friendly. The hotel is in walking distance to just about every thing in Loja with many of the best restaurants only a few blocks away.

Property was a bit misleading in comparison with the reviews. Towels and sheets were not clean or very worn, bathroom was not functioning.
