My family and I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was so convenient for where we wanted to go. We loved the room and how it was decorated. The only drawback was there was hardly any space to put our belongs. It did feel a little crowded. The manager Norma was wonderful! She was so friendly and kind. My daughter commented to me about her excellent customer service! She went above and beyond our expectations. She told us places to go see. She was so helpful and always acknowledged us when she saw us and asked about our day. She was a delight.

It was quaint but small. Was not enough parking for patrons. Had a small office with expensive products and a small coffee station. Was quiet.

The hotel room was a little small with two beds but it was soooooo very cute and the staff were so nice. I love visiting Virginia city and I’ve never stayed and I will again because I loved this property!
