Excellent place in all means. Try to use the spa and their bikes. Also take a room with good garden view

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable quiet rooms with truly blackout shades and temperature control—great to catch up on rest after a long day of sightseeing. The thermal springs are visually stunning and very soothing. The staff is lovely.

Truly beautiful hotel. Amazing staff. Great spa. Fantastic location.
Rooms with city view basically looking at the narrow, not interesting street. If you want an elevated experience make sure to get a garden or Castle view.

The staff was excellent and the hotel itself was beautiful! The onsen and spa area were top notch. Beautiful gardens and the restaurants were amazing. Highly recommended!
