Location was great, near metro, buses and tramways! Rooms are nice but on the smaller side!

The room was clean and comfortable and very spacious. The room amenities were wonderful: plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body soap, lotion, etc.
Our only incident was some man opened our door and started coming in at 00:30 our first night and then our key card didn’t work after we went for breakfast. We told the receptionist about this and she issued us totally new cards and apologized but I feel we should have a bit more compensation than that. It was a very frightening incident and we did tell the desk clerk that it made us feel very unsafe!!
The breakfast is worth the $15 Euro cost. It was excellent!!
