This is an extremely charming villa nestled in amongst a bunch of trees. The rooms were huge and clean, but lacking amenities of main stream hotels which is ok. The little breakfast provided was perfect. The one call out, is the hotel is not close to any town, so walking to and from any sort of shop, restaurant or establishment is difficult. We spent 30 euros with each trip to and from Vilshofen.

Owner was very nice and accommodating. To eat you have to go off premises except for breakfast, which was very good. A nice country spot.

Very lovely personal service and amenities. Helpful owners operators.
Wonderful property.
Large rooms with views into the parklike garden with lots of mature trees.
Clean modern bathrooms.
The breakfast was continental but had a lot of variety .
