Room was clean. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was ample. Close to all sites.

The hotel was located just off the Duomo and was surrounded by all the amenities like restaurants, shops and the various tourist destinations like The David (La Accademia), the Medici palace, Uffizi museum, etc., and the many restaurants and gelaterias near by.
The hotel was very clean, good size rooms, excellent AC for the heat wave we had, great quick breakfast each morning served by the wonderful Anna, plus everyone at reception desk who were very helpful and ready to assist with anything we needed. Elevator to reach rooms, etc. We would definitely return at this hotel next time in Florence!

This hotel is centrally located, which is a big plus. Major attractions were at the arm's length. Breakfast was great. However, it is a rather simple accomodation, with no Dome views and simple room settings (in pictures it looks better). This would have been all fine if not for the price I paid (way over $300 per night). The bottom line, this is a hotel worth staying if you pay somewhere in the vicinity of $200.

The staff makes this hotle worth it. It is walking distance to everything, very well located. But the staff is exceptional, they helped with reservations, answered all questions and made sure we had something to at breakfast (vegan). I would definitely stay there again.
