Great place with amazing views. AC was very powerful. Almost too cold! We appreciated the extra thick blanket and coffee machine provided in room. Great central location!

The location was great and allowed us to walk easily from the train station with our luggage and to tour the city attractions. Our room was very quiet and clean. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Frustrated that it was listed that laundry facilities were available but we found out when we arrived that they no longer had a laundry room.

The hotel was better than I expected! Staff were super nice and responsive. The windows have very good sound proofing. Everything was comfortable and clean. I’ll definitely return. Grazie Mille!

The room was huge and the bathroom was newly remodeled. A/C worked better than other places we stayed in Italy, and the location was perfect for spending a weekend in Florence. We were even able to store our luggage for the day after check-out
