This was literally the best hotel experience my family has ever had. I have never been someone who is just loyal to one certain hotel, but moving forward I will be choosing Tru hotels anytime I travel with my kids! There is a pool table that you can play for free, tons of games in the lobby, lots of fun seating, and a great pool and hot tub! The colors and the signage are so fun. The breakfast was delicious! The staff was so amazing! I had lost my iPhone charger and asked the front desk lady, if they had one for sale. They didn’t, but she lent me her own personal charger for the day! You cannot ask for better service than that! She literally saved me so that my phone was charged to play walk up songs for my son‘s baseball team for the tournament we were at in Idaho Falls. Also, the mural of Idaho Falls in the lobby was beautiful. This is definitely five stars in my book!
