Clarion Inn Idaho Falls Riverfront

Breakfast, personal and facilities were fine!

My only problem was they allowed people with a Pit Bull to stay there. Twice as my dog and I were walking through the facility the Pit Bull tried to attack my dog. I mentioned the interaction to the people at the counter and maybe review their policy concerning Pit Bulls?

Breakfast was great. It would be nice to have donuts, pastries, plus the waffles.

Guests should not ask daily to obtain clean towels, hand towels, wash clothes, toilet paper etc., The cleaning staff should do this automatically every day, whether room is occupied or not. All cleaning staff when approached were very polite and courteous when asked for linens, etc.,

Location was good... breakfast was fairly good too what was offered.... Room was nice and comfortable...

Could do better in the "powdered eggs" too dry/bouncy/no flavor as such...?

Super comfy beds, great location and friendly staff. Wifi is fast when in range. Washer and dryer worked well, and some basic amenities in room worked well.

The current housekeeping mode is by request, which is good for the environment and workload and worked well the first two times during my first week of stay. But despite increasingly firm requests that were confirmed every single night during the second week, housekeeping never occurring. Except on my last day when housekeeping knocked to start cleaning 3 hours ahead of checkout time. There is clearly a communication breakdown between the staff, and this kind of basic need is foundation and can't be covered by staff no matter how friendly. The Wifi only reached the bathroom and hallway in my room and had to be reset a number of times. The key cards are extremely sensitive to being erased by being kept near headphone, more so than other hotels with the same magnetic type.
