We just like the size of the rooms the comfort and cleanliness. We always try to stay at Home 2 suites if at all possible.
Please please get a better quality of shower products. The shampoo/conditioner/wash gel are awful. They smell bad and you can’t get the it to rinse off. That is my only complaint.

We went to the hot tub and the jets were not working. Nina (we hope this is her name) said she was new but she would figure out how to fix it. She spent the next 20 min working on it and got them fixed! She was so kind and truly made the night better. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly nice and helpful. Excellent customer service all around!

Super nice staff and the amenities were great. The media center was a great addition with access to game systems as well as boardgames. Staff never seemed bothered by questions or assisting with amenity access. Room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.
The stampede that seemed to be ongoing in the room above mine for a few nights, but nothing that reflects directly on the hotel or staff.
