Property great. They deliver excellent service at a great value without being intrusive. Food at Gordon Ramsay’s kitchen was exceptional and the ambiance was wonderful

Spa was not opened so that was disappointing. Also the bathroom make up mirror was not working ( didn’t light up) and I wish there was a selection of better pillows . Those are way too soft.
Nice stuff and helpful though .

We had the most wonderful stay at the Four Seasons St. Louis! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely top notch, but what really stood out was how thoughtful and attentive the staff were to our family.
We were celebrating our son’s 3rd birthday, and the hotel went above and beyond to make him feel so special. Coming back to our room to find a birthday cake waiting for him was such a sweet surprise! They also surprised him with a movie night complete with popcorn and candy, which was the perfect added touch and made the weekend even more memorable for him.
Every detail was wonderful, the service was exceptional, and our entire family felt so welcomed. It’s those thoughtful little touches that make a stay truly special. We can’t wait to come back to the Four Seasons for our next St. Louis visit!
