Nice property.

Great location, nice & quiet and within walking distance of restaurants. The room was spacious and the bed and pillows where perfect for a great sleep. An added bonus was the deer coming around while enjoying the outside property. The Oscar's café and Porters restaurant options for breakfast where great also.
Definitely will return to this place when I come back to Springdale for my Zion trip.

We loved the location for restaurants and even walking to the Park(1mile). It is close to a shuttle stop and very convenient! The breakfast is provided by vouchers to either of 2 local restaurants. It was very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay there again!
