The location to the Springdale shuttles. The rooms were updated from an older motel. Beds were comfortable.
Change in management did not honor breakfast included. The person at the desk said they would refund $25-$30. We were staying 2 nights. I have not seen a refund. The TV was full of static, couldn't watch anything. Mold on grout around bathtub.

The breakfast was at the restaurant next door. It was fantastic!!!
The backyard view of Zion was extraordinary!
We got a room for 2 people. It was tiny room. Understandable for a motel.
Price is steap for a motel. Understandable for the location. Literally minutes away from Zion National park.

Location is convenient
When we arrived and checked-in, the receptionist said there are no breakfast anymore, however, we have already paid for them and no one warned us or refunded us…
After coming to the room, the toilet didn’t have a seat. So we went to ask what happened and the receptionist took the seat from outside - it was on the chair, and put it there. No cleaning, nothing.
We also had a cockroach in the bathroom.
The pool was covered, so it´s not usable.
So overall the location is great, but it’s totally overpriced for what you get.
