Room was clean, in a very convenient location right between the NEC and city centre, owner was very helpful and friendly explaining everything, very reasonably priced too.

All good. Shared bathroom, but fine. The owner did not ask me to take my shoes off as other reviewers say. Quick journey to the airport the next morning.

Check in was very easy. I was welcomed well. Clean house, clean room, no smells. Heated floors. I would definitely recommend and come back😁😁😁😁
