A bit of an issue with the booking and whether breakfast was included or not. Advertised as free continental breakfast for all rooms, only to be told on arrival it wasnt included. Used the Expedia agent on the app to query, with screenshots. Breakfast hamper came about 15 mins later. Other than that, all good. Would stay again.

Would definitely recommend.
A beautiful clean room about 5min outside Midhurst. Plenty of tea, coffee and milk and a lovely well stocked breakfast hamper was supplied. Parking is right outside the room which is great.
Unfortunately didn't get to use the the Thai restaurant but locals give good reviews on it.
