My friend and I stayed here while I was in Ottawa for a bookstore event celebrating the release of my memoir, and everything was excellent from start to finish.
The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made for a wonderful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy.
We also enjoyed a lovely meal at the hotel restaurant and found the overall atmosphere warm and relaxing. The location was convenient, and the hotel offered excellent value for the price.
After a busy and exciting weekend, it was the perfect place to stay. I would not hesitate to return and would gladly recommend this hotel to others visiting Ottawa.

Liked the location to the Ottawa train station and we were able to walk to the hotel within 15 minutes. Hotel front entrance not well identified from the parking lot. This is a sports team hotel and the hotel was busy with teams arriving and leaving. The restaurant is pretty basic and on the expensive side for what you get. For example two coffees, a yogurt parfait and a bagel were over twenty dollars.
