I booked a wrong room type by mistake. The host and the hostess took every effort to help me resolve the issue. I really appreciate their help.

We stayed here for two nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they're well laid out and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. While the rooms aren't completely soundproof, the hotel was quiet during our visit, so noise was never an issue. The location is excellent;very central and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and attractions. Having parking available was a big plus, as we were able to leave the car and explore the city on foot. The staff were exceptional: warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They gave us great recommendations for places to visit, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the beautiful lake behind the hotel. It was wonderful to go for a swim in the morning or afternoon, and the trails surrounding the lake were stunning. We even spotted some wildlife, which made our walks even more memorable. The complimentary breakfast was appreciated, but unfortunately there weren't any vegan options available, which was disappointing since we follow a vegan diet. There were also a couple of maintenance issues that could use attention. The shower had quite a bit of mold and would benefit from a deep clean. The toilet also had an improperly sized seat that was noticeably smaller than the bowl, making it look odd and uncomfortable to use. Overall, this is a great place to stay thanks to its fantastic location, friendly staff, convenient parking, and beautiful lakeside.

Cute Bed and Breakfast with the friendliest of host, proximity to the Tadoussac ferry, town and attractions. Dedicated parking spots and host was very flexible with late delivery check in as we were driving in from Baie Comeau

We stayed here for 2 nights, felt home, and had a wonderful experience. Our lakeview detached room was particularly beautiful and private. The room was very clean and very well-maintained. Own heating, A/C, and parking space. Optional breakfast is also available for those who prefer to have it at the premises. Close to everything you need. On top of everything, I must mention the friendliness of the staff, and the warm orientation provided by the owner. Thank you for making this experience a wonderful one!
