An absolutely fantastic hotel and an excellent choice if you’re visiting Matera. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and classically designed, while the hotel itself is truly magnificent, with a rich sense of history throughout.
The outdoor area is wonderful, featuring a beautiful swimming pool that’s perfect for relaxing. There’s also convenient parking, and it’s only a pleasant 15–20 minute walk to Matera’s historic old town.
I’d also like to highlight the exceptional service. Every member of the staff was genuinely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Without a doubt, this hotel deserves a perfect 10/10. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Matera.
