Exceptional customer service. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations. One of the best things about this hotel is its convenient location. The mall is right next door, and there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice bonus and a great way to start the day. I would definitely stay here again!

This was my third visit to LA, and this was the best hotel I have stayed at so far. The neighborhood was safe and clean, and the hotel facilities and parking were excellent. If I visit LA again, I would definitely stay here again without looking for another hotel.
