Our stay has been pleasant. The staffs' English proficiency is quite well, at least we are able to communicate well. The environment is very good, quiet and clean. It's located in an area nearing a lot of famous restaurants and shops. The room is also quite big for such a price. I would love to stay here again if I visit Kyoto next time.

Quite spacious and very friendly and helpful staff especially the staff by the name of Ashiqur- he went out of the way to send us off to our über taxi and instructed the driver to drop us off in the train station. Thank you!
