Great hotel. Rooms are small, but it's expected in Japan. Service is awesome and the laundry is great.

The property was in the middle of the shopping area. It was very convenient and made walking to most destinations.

The hotel is in a fantastic location and the staff were wonderful. Both the breakfast and the amenities felt very welcoming. In terms of the room, it was generally clean, but the air vents need some attention. I also noticed they have a laundry room on-site, which is a great amenity even though I didn't need to use it. They had a single sex onsen with a sauna (for ladies) that was so relaxing after a long day of walking.
