Great location and helpful management company.
The apartment overall is comfortable but the bed for an older couple like us isn't practical. ( Low off the floor and limited space around the bed)

Fantastic apartment located close to public transportation and in walking distance to the old town/historical city.
A lot of restaurants and cafees in the area, and two supermarkets nearby.
Fully equipped and very functional apartment. Good communication with the landlord via e-mail and Signal App. The access to the building and apartment via prefix locks worked perfect.
