A good breakfast choice, both cereal/nuts/seeds/fruit and hot English breakfast, although the toaster was a tad slow.

Nice coffee makers in the room we're a great touch. Lovely balcony looking out to sea. Great kibene and towels. Property will be renovated next year.

Have just had another lovely stay at this hotel. I have stayed here several times now and is my go to hotel in Exmouth! OK it's not the most modern but it has charm and is old world atmosphere! The staff are great and are very obliging - nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is cooked or continental. There is also a bar menu for lunch. They have a restaurant where you can have an evening meal which is good food! There is a choice of 3 starters, 3 different mains and 3 different desserts each day and no two days are the same. The position of the hotel is right on the seafront and the town is a very short walk away. It's also a great place to watch the squirrels scampering about in the lovely grounds. .
