A unique Scottish hotel that is in the process of being renovated. Food was good and staff friendly, though reception appeared to be unstaffed. My room was one of the older ones so the renovation will be a big benefit but overall the hotel was great value and much better than an anonymous generic chain hotel.

Lovely hotel. As described
Only issue we had was our breakfast order was forgotten and were told the cook was too busy smoking
