It was our second last stay of short day drops throughout Ireland and this hotel was our second stay in Belfast. I can best describe the room as small, clean and adequate. We were issued an actual door key and generally I would describe the property as a bit dated. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was located close to a strip of stores and a bus stop to the downtown area which we utilized.

Room was perfect for me - I could even keep an eye on my car out the window The room was cosy and really clean - average size with everything you need to hand It's very local to eateries and location is perfect for a stroll at night Overall I'll definitely be back

The staff at this hotel were exceptionally friendly and warm. The room was bright and airy. Overlooked leafy quiet road within easy walking distance of the Lyric and the university. Lovely stay.
