Nice location, next to the city center. You can have an interior parking space for a cheap price.
Landlord welcome you at arrival and you never see him again, you juste leave the keys in the apartment, which is great if you leave in a hurry or early in the morning.

If you need a place to stay, and nothing more, it is okay. Not a very nice building or area. No parking anywhere close. Very small for four people.
