Clean and comfy, everything needed for short stay.
Communication can be improved. We agreed on later check out at 12.00 but it was not communicated with cleaning staff that barged in at 11.00 and we needed to quickly go out. Also, arranging this was a bit of headache because reply time from the property was taking one full day. Another thing, they indeed could have instruction how to use app for everything. It was clear for me after some digging but i do believe that many people could be confused.

Location and price are this property's best features. Checking in at the hotel and accessing your room through the website is extremely convenient.
The bed—the mattresses were worn out, the pillows were uncomfortable; I spent the whole night trying to find a comfortable position and never managed to get a good night’s sleep.
The shower had no water pressure—the water barely trickled out.
There was a strange smell in the bathroom. It seemed like the ventilation wasn’t working, and since the room had been vacant for a long time, the toilet had dried out, allowing sewer odors to seep into the room.
There were two hangers in the closet. One of them was plastic and didn’t serve its purpose at all.
A strange guest who was sleeping under the stairs. I wonder how he got in?
