Location is great.
The only issue we had was the refrigerator,it would make a loud noise every 5 minutes at night that would constantly wake us up at night.

Very nice place close to the Vatican and other sites. Clean and large rooms. Only issue we had was staff was not available from 8:30-4:30 like listed. We did the pay at hotel option and had to coordinate a time to meet to pay.

Our room was clean and quiet. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Especially our cleaning lady who made sure we knew where to get extra towels and hygiene supplies if the lobby was closed. The door man also went out of his way to show us how the building locks worked. Very helpful and friendly.
