My first experience with Expedia was not very impressive. when trying to book online, the website went wibble halfway through the payment page. never very comforting. I then rang and spoke with quite a helpful assistant at Expedia. My booking was made and I gave card details to pay. All sorted, or so I thought.
When I got to the hotel, they didn't have a booking. They fitted me in bless 'em but I won't use Expedia again. The real test of course is to see if they contact me after this little script. Feedback is only as good as the use you make of it.......
